    Commissions are a very personal process. No one is the same. I endeavour to make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible. However I also believe in being thorough to make sure this beautiful piece of art truly reflects the subjects and is everything you expected and more.

  Step 1- PRICING

     After viewing the prices below, please contact me with the form at the bottom of the page to find out my current wait time or if I will be able to meet a particular deadline.  Please state if it is for a pet or human portrait, how many subjects and wether it is graphite or watercolour commission.

STEP 2- CHOOSE A PHOTO

    Choosing the right picture for your commission can be difficult.  I am happy to share my opinion on which picture will work best. High resolution, clear, head and chest photos are best, allowing me to add all those beautiful details. I will work with low resolution /dark/blurry photos, however please note  they will not allow me to add quite as much detail. I may ask for additional photos to reference. I always do my very best to make your painting as beautiful and true to nature as possible.

STEP 3 CREATE YOUR PAINTING 

    After discussing your commission,  I will then email you a quote for you to approve. Depending on current wait time, I will then email your your invoice with 20% deposit to be paid to secure your booking. When I am ready to commence I will notify you and send a sketch for you to approve. Then we begin your personalised commission.  I am happy to send you progress photos as I create you painting if you wish. Otherwise when I am complete, I will send you a photo to approve and make any needed adjustments at this point.

STEP 4 PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

  Full invoice amount is not payable until you are 100% happy with the finished product.

After your approval of the painting and payment is received I will carefully package and send you artwork off to you.
